Jones Family Pictures

My Mom always tells the story about how she only has 2 pictures of herself under the age of 5. Which is why for as long as I can remember we have taken family pictures every year. This has become a huge production and stress! So we kinda skipped it for the past little while justifying it by saying we would take a picture at the 2 weddings that have happened in the past 2 years.... Yeah we didn't. I love photography and I absolutely loathe studio posing and sets, but Klair decided this year she wanted to do family pictures at Sears. All I had to do was show up and look good....
Each kid was given a different color, Kyle was wearing orange because he's in Motorcycle mechanic school and hopes to work on Harleys. Klair and Sean are in pink because she is pregnant with a girl. I'm in blue and Kadi red because those are the colors we picked (meaningful huh?)

Oh yeah, I dyed my hair red. I love it!

Three sisters. I've kinda always thought of us as vanilla, caramel and chocolate based on our coloring.

This is our classic sibling pose. We have been dog piling the boy since Kadi was a baby. Klair had to stay out whining something about needing to protect her belly or something ridiculous. I think that we will probably be dog piling Kyle in family pictures until we start needing hip replacements

Something good....I got a new cozy bathrobe for Christmas. I love bathrobes!

Holy Moley Iannoli!

Another awesome thing we got to do in AZ was get to see Rex. The kids and I met up with him at the Rainforest Cafe and had a lot of fun.

Mommy and her baby

Rex and his mini-me

Becks looks exactly like Rex, he has my nose but beyond that he's a clone. I've always thought that besides the dimple and  mole Sydnee was all mine. I hear a lot how much she looks like I did as a kid. But seeing this picture I realized that she really also does look like Rex. Either way, she's adorable!

The kids had a blast!

The other reason we got to go to AZ was for the Iannoli Family Christmas party! The whole family minus 2 people were there! These are 17 of the 19 Iannoli grandkids, let's see if I can name them all.... L to R

Coty, Noelle, Brianna, Sydnee, Randy, Adam, Christa, Dominic, Spencer, Annie, Ezra, Tenille, Noah, Beckham, Greg, Zach and Adessa (missing Bria and Emma)

After the dinner party we went to the Mesa Temple Christmas Lights. I love seeing the temple lights, it's such an incredible feelings just stepping onto the grounds. I love this family!

I am always nervous going into situations with the kids, but I was absolutely thrilled with how things went. We really did have a lot of fun, the kids had a blast and it's good to mend some broken bridges.

Something good... Santa Express train on Friday!!! Can't Wait!

Random

I was trying to post a video of Beckham's preschool class but it's not working. Oh well, I decided instead to post a cute pic of my kiddos at a 4th of July parade from 2010. We went to Blanding, UT for a family reunion. Blanding is normally not a place I usually want to hang out, but I LOVE going there for the 4th. There is an awesome small town parade, a carnival, a melodrama (where you get to throw popcorn and boo at the bad guy) and the best fireworks show! My kids were sad we didn't go this year but we will possibly go next year!

They look so young! I can't believe how fast they are growing! Please STOP!!!

Something good.... Brea is still pregnant, she's stuck in the hospital but every day she's still prego is a good thing!

Becks

My baby turned 5 last week! I didn't cry and feel pretty proud about that. We went down to AZ and had a lot of fun with family and friends. I can't believe it's been 5 years since the almost 9lb red haired moose baby was born. Beckham is the greatest kid, he is LOUD! Becks has a piercing happy voice that almost hurts your ears. I am constantly telling him to talk and not scream, but he's just so excited about life he has to yell every word out of his mouth. I know it will change but Beckham can't do anything without stopping every 5 minutes to give me a hug, kiss or tell me he loves me. I love that I am his favorite person! He adores his big sister and follows her everywhere. Beckham's hilarious, everywhere I go people are constantly telling me he has the best personality. Beckham's favorite things are Transformers, Pirates and he still has a love for Thomas the Train. His favorite food is a plain peanut butter sandwich, no crust, just peanut butter. He is a really picky eater, he will devour something one day and refuse it the next. Beckham loves his hair to be in a mohawk and really hates that I cut his hair too short to do it like that right now. Beckham loves being in preschool and constantlyy sings everything he's learned. He's all boy and runs, jumps, gets dirty and thinks he's indestructible. He still has his favorite blanket named Twinkle Star which he thinks has magical healing power, every time he gets hurt he runs for Twinkle Star. I love this kid, he is my favorite boy in the whole world!!

Something good...We went to the lights at the Mesa Temple. I love the feeling that envelops you as soon as you walk onto temple grounds. The kids had an amazing time, and keep asking if we can go there every year.

Jones ParTAY!!

One of my favorite things about Christmas time is the annual Jones Family party. I really love my Jones family. I always thought I was so special being a part of this family, my cousins were some of my favorite friends and I always looked forward to when I could play with them. As we've all grown up and started families I know that I can count on seeing them at our Christmas party. I missed the past couple of years being in Colorado but I made sure I could make it this year. And again, I just love being a part of this family and truly feel like I have been blessed to be born into the Jones family.

To honor my Grandfather we had a Dutch Oven Cowboy dinner. Beckham kept stealing cowboy hats

Cousin Blake, my brother Kyle and cousin Cardon

In my family it's traditional that the men cook our Dutch Oven dinners

Our matriarch and beautiful Grandmother

Later that night we went to the temple lights and the Mesa Temple and my kids insisted they wear their cowboy clothes the whole time

Me and cousin Margayle

Beckham and Uncle Bubba

There's a whole new generation of little trouble makers running around.
Mason, Gibson and Beckham

Beckham and Mason fixing the fence, as Beckham told me "like REAL cowboys!!"

Cousin Matthew

Missionaries are always invited to our parties

Aunt Maggie leading Mason and Beckham on Jessica

Cousin Trevor leading Sydnee

Uncle Rock (or Rob) who's always the lead cook. His dutch oven peach cobbler is my favorite

Poor Sydnee, there were 9 little boys and only 3 girls. And she kept complaining she didn't have anyone to play with. There are some girls her age but they weren't able to come. I joined her pouting on the trampoline

Two beautiful cowgirls

Something good.... I drove to AZ all by myself with 2 kids, and then we drove back all 13 hours in one day. My kids were amazing! Especially since the DVD player broke on the drive back. But they were really great in the car, Sydnee didn't get sick and Beckham didn't cry from being stuck in a car seat for so long. That is definitely something good!
